How do I receive my files?+
It's an instant digital download. After checkout you'll get access to a ZIP file containing everything, organized into clearly labelled folders. There's no physical product and nothing is shipped.
What format is the download?+
A single .ZIP archive. Open it on Windows, Mac, iPhone, or Android, then unzip to access the PSD, SVG, and image files inside.
How big are the files?+
Kits are large because they include full-resolution layered files — the Starter Kit is about 257 MB and the Pro Kit about 193 MB. We recommend downloading on Wi-Fi.
How long do I have to download?+
Your purchase doesn't expire — you keep the files. If you ever lose them, email support and we'll re-send your download.
What license do I get?+
For use by one church, ministry, or organization. You can use the designs across that organization's social media, print, and presentations. Reselling or redistributing the template files themselves is not permitted.
Can I get a refund?+
